Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions apply to the use of the BIM Mantra Academy website and to enquiries, registrations, payments and participation in our training programs.
Last updated: 5 August 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using this website, submitting an enquiry, registering for a program or making a payment, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the relevant service.
2. Eligibility and Enrolment
- Course eligibility may depend on education, experience, software knowledge or other prerequisites stated by the Academy.
- Admission is confirmed only after the required registration information and applicable payment have been received.
- You are responsible for providing accurate, current and complete information. We may request supporting documents where reasonably required.
- Batch dates, trainer allocation and seat availability are confirmed by the Academy and may vary by learning mode.
3. Fees, Payments and Taxes
Course fees, instalment plans, inclusions and payment deadlines are communicated for the selected program. A seat may be withheld, suspended or cancelled when payment is incomplete or overdue.
You are responsible for checking payment details before completing a transaction. Any taxes, payment-gateway charges or bank charges will apply as communicated during registration.
4. Cancellations, Transfers and Refunds
Unless required by applicable law or confirmed otherwise in writing by BIM Mantra Academy, payments are non-refundable and non-transferable once course access, study material, software support, batch allocation or training sessions have begun.
Requests made before a batch begins will be reviewed individually. Approval of a cancellation, batch transfer, course transfer, credit note or refund is not automatic and must be confirmed in writing.
If the Academy cancels a program and cannot provide a suitable alternate batch, affected learners will be offered an appropriate transfer, credit or refund for the undelivered portion, as determined after review.
5. Course Delivery and Scheduling
- Programs may be delivered online, offline or in a blended format as stated at enrolment.
- Online training consists of live instructor-led sessions unless a different format is clearly communicated.
- Schedules, trainers, modules, software versions and project activities may be adjusted to maintain course quality or respond to operational requirements.
- Sessions may be rescheduled because of trainer availability, technical issues, holidays, emergencies or other reasonable circumstances.
- Learners are expected to attend sessions, complete assignments and finish requirements within the communicated period.
6. Technical Requirements and Support
Learners are responsible for access to a suitable computer, internet connection and any required operating-system capability. We may provide reasonable installation guidance, but compatibility can vary by device, licence, software version and third-party system requirements.
Where commercial software is used, learners must comply with the software provider’s licensing terms. BIM Mantra Academy does not authorise unlicensed or unlawful software use.
7. Learning Materials and Access
Course notes, recordings, templates, datasets, assignments and project files are provided for the enrolled learner’s personal educational use. They may not be copied, sold, uploaded publicly, redistributed or used to train others without written permission.
Access duration may vary by program. Lifetime or extended access applies only where it is expressly included in the selected course offer and remains subject to platform availability and acceptable use.
8. Assessment, Certification and Internship
Certificates are issued only after the learner satisfies applicable attendance, assignment, project, assessment and fee requirements. Certificate wording, issuing format and delivery time may vary by program.
Internships, project exposure or portfolio activities are subject to the selected program, learner performance, availability and communicated requirements. Participation does not create an employment relationship.
9. Placement and Career Support
Placement assistance may include resume guidance, portfolio review, interview preparation, vacancy sharing or employer introductions. Results depend on the learner’s skills, attendance, performance, location, interview outcome and market conditions. Unless separately agreed in a signed document, no specific job, salary, employer or placement date is guaranteed.
10. Code of Conduct
Learners must behave respectfully and professionally. Harassment, discrimination, threats, disruption, plagiarism, cheating, unauthorised recording, account sharing, misuse of data or damage to Academy property may lead to suspension or removal without refund.
11. Website Use and Intellectual Property
The website design, text, graphics, branding, videos, course structures and original materials are owned by or licensed to BIM Mantra Academy. You may view the website for personal information and enrolment purposes, but may not reproduce, modify, scrape, republish or commercially exploit its content without permission.
12. Third-Party Services
Courses and website functions may rely on third-party software, communication platforms, payment providers or external links. Their availability and terms are controlled by the respective providers. We are not responsible for interruptions or changes outside our reasonable control.
13. Limitation and Disclaimer
Training outcomes depend on individual participation and many external factors. To the extent permitted by applicable law, BIM Mantra Academy is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from website use, third-party services, software incompatibility, missed sessions, career decisions or unauthorised use of learning materials.
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
14. Changes to Services or Terms
We may update courses, policies or these terms when reasonably necessary. Material changes will be posted on the website or communicated through appropriate channels. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
